It’s Never Too Late For A Wedding Registry

As many of you know, I got married in June at the handsome Oak Room at the Plaza Hotel in NYC. This was a complete dream wedding venue for us. We were the first same-sex couple to be wed at the famous restaurant, which is quite cool since The Oak Room started as The Men’s Bar, opening in 1907 as a male-only sanctuary. We were so happy to be a part of shattering old ideals of gender and sexism by becoming the first same-sex couple to be wed there.

Over the years I have seen so many of my friends get super stressed about registering while caught up in the frenzy of wedding planning.
