If people don’t want to listen to you, what makes you think they want to hear from your t-shirt? Pharrell Williams. Inspired by streetswear pioneer Pharrell, today I am wearing the singer’s UNIQLO “i am OTHER” collection, because huge hats make my head look marionette-like. The tee line really says it all bearing slogans such as this one ‘the same is lame’. I think it’s wonderful to help people embrace their individuality and ‘otherness’ through a tee. This tee really captures Pharrell’s vibe to a T. You feel me? This slogan would be advice I would have loved to give my teenage self. The line also claims individuality is the new wealth. I can dig it.
