Inaugurating a new city street style-wise is tricky. Yet, what better place to start then at a city’s fashion week. Budapest Fashion Week might run a lot shorter than most, but you’d be surprised how much street style was packed into the three-day schedule. Hungarian's know how to get things done a bit faster then other Europeans. I attended Budapest Fashion Week for the very first time this season. Hungarian models with eternally puckered pouts and deep-set, chiseled cheekbones hit the runway is clothes that delivered a laid-back sense of glamour. It resembled a kind of retro basement disco scene. The over relaxed looks seems distinctly Hungarian. This theme continued off the runway as men showed up to sporting good basics with an edgy touch.
