Pulling Off the Double Denim Look
Did you know I was a denim influencer in elementary school?
10 . 15 . 17
I lived in denim when I was a kid. Whether I was playing on the swings, hanging with friends or eating boxes of Pizza Hut while watching Rugrats (I was an unhealthy little boy) I was wearing jeans. Call it dressing for comfort or pure laziness, I was obsessed with jeans of all sorts and sizes. In the interest of injecting my lazy look with some much-needed style and individuality, I made the executive decision to start rocking a denim jacket with my jeans.
I carried this sentiment with me into adulthood, whereupon this Canadian tuxedo has become a uniform of sorts for me at music festivals. Even though I am most definitely not in elementary school anymore, (a great denim jacket has remained my go-to mechanism for making an outfit more me.)
Today I am rocking an acid washed double denim look from Arizona Jeans sold at JCPenney. I styled the look with a cool knit ombre t-shirt from the brand. JCPenney offers up killer looks that are worth your time, money, and effort with styles that are priced to buy. They have a large variety of styles that you can mix and match to make a loot that works perfectly for you. #SoWorthIt!
Sometimes you really can have your pizza and eat it, too.
