Half brother Florals

Men’s floral shirts are having a real moment, and I’m falling for it, hard.  Not like the moment they had in the sixties when they all seemed to be dabbling in acid. Fauna has sobered up and got real serious for 2014. No really, they are not about frills and thrills anymore. They mean business. My favorite means of introducing floral without it looking too ‘Driving Miss Daisy’, is as part of a sharply tailored look. Go for an abstract pring and pair it with a crisp blazer and jeans – it’s sublet yet still retains flare. Something I love to do is pair two florals together that are in the same family. Kind of like a half brother to your main flowered look. I plan to get aggressive with the power of the flower this spring.  This is just the beginning.
