It's cold in NYC. Like really cold. So we layer up to face the fried outdoors, reluctantly have to put our phones in our pockets until we are back indoors and aren't necessarily trying to make a style statement. We are just trying to stay warm, right?
Wrong.
Nothing smells quite as pungent as that stench of desperation. I try incessantly to look effortless during winter months but seem to come across like I am trying to hard.
The men attending Milan men's fashion week have a special way of jazzing up plain-as-toast winter garments to look effortlessly chic. And believe it or not, non of them wore Gucci loafers or fur coats.
