The Boy Who Tried The Crop Top

Being a fan of Pharrell Williams and UNIQLO’s “i am OTHER” collection and loving the “I am other” motto plastered on this particular t-shirt, I decided what better tee to make my very first crop top. So after an entire summer of admiring the crop at Men’s Spring/ Summer 2015 fashion weeks in Europe, easing into the look in a sheer knit and watching the look take form in street style culture I decided it was time. So while hiking the familiar woods of my families cabin upstate, I explored unfamiliar navel revealing territory and came to the expected conclusion that I still love the look. My advice for you boys out there that want to experiment with the top is to keep it simple. Rock it with your favorite pair of jeans, sleek kicks and a great big smile.
